Responsibilities:
- Lead the sustainability of distributed team management
- Promote and ensure compliance with team principles
- Drive the team's continuous improvement strategy
- Lead staffing and professional development decisions
- Resolve internal and individual team situations
- Facilitate collaboration with other departments and teams
- Ensure alignment between the team and department on goals, principles, and strategy
- Define strategy for product development practices and principles
- Act as the main interlocutor with C-Level executives
- Develop a strategy for collaborating with other departments, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Fleet Operations.
