We are seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to join a logistics and supply chain visibility project. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise, a solid understanding of best practices, and the capability to implement them effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Real-Time and Batch Scheduled integration solutions
  • Collect specifications for defining, developing, testing, and implementing new integration structures to client-site business operations
  • Ability to use a wide variety of technologies and tools to assist with development, testing, and maintenance of integrations
  • Take an active role in documenting the code, processes, and procedures of the development team
  • Must be comfortable and successful working directly with customers
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team using Agile methodology


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with Java
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Apache Camel
  • Experience with other tools in Apache Camel ecosystem is a strong plus
  • Strong SQL skills
    • Expertise in Kubernetes environment is a plus
    • Commercial experience with SOAP and REST Web Services, Apache CXF
    • Carrier APIs experience is a plus (e.g. Fedex REST API etc.)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
